Terms of service.

1. Virtual aviation only

Stratus Global Airlines is a fictional, community-run virtual airline. We do not operate aircraft, issue real tickets, employ flight crew or provide real-world transport. Routes, fares, finances, aircraft values and operational data are simulation features only.

2. Accounts and activity

You must provide accurate application information, protect your password and use only your assigned account. Callsigns remain part of the Stratus service. SGA001–SGA010 are reserved and may only be assigned by authorised administrators. New pilots must complete their first approved flight within 14 days of joining. Active pilots are then expected to complete at least three approved flights in each rolling 60-day window. Staff receive automated activity warnings and may contact pilots who are approaching or have passed a deadline.

3. Service availability

Features may change or be suspended during development and maintenance. Bookings, virtual currency, ranks, awards and fleet assets have no cash value and cannot be sold, transferred or redeemed.

4. Third-party services

SimBrief, Navigraph, Discord, VATSIM, IVAO, flight simulators and aircraft add-ons are independent services. Their marks belong to their owners. Stratus is not endorsed by or responsible for them unless expressly stated.

5. Content

Stratus branding, site design and original content may not be commercially reused without permission. You retain ownership of uploaded content but permit Stratus to store, resize and display it for operating your account and community.

6. Suspension

We may restrict accounts that threaten security, abuse members, falsify activity, disrupt operations, do not meet the published activity requirement or breach these terms. Serious cases may require immediate action; where practical, pilots may ask administration for a review.

7. Liability and changes

The recreational service is provided on an “as available” basis. To the extent permitted by law, Stratus is not liable for simulator problems, data loss, third-party outages or indirect loss. Nothing excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
